The Dcycle Vision.
Every company will be profoundly impacted by the adoption of artificial intelligence over the next five years. The companies that make the most of this shift will gain a competitive advantage over the rest.
AI models are already capable of automating a large part of business operations and processes. The problem is that companies are not yet ready to unlock that potential. For AI to be truly useful, it needs context. Today, however, information remains scattered across spreadsheets, systems, suppliers, and departments, making it difficult for AI to understand the business and act effectively.
Dcycle solves this. We bring financial, operational, and supply chain data together in a single, trusted source of truth, enabling teams and AI agents to work from the same data.
Your Role: Strategic Account Manager (Growth)
You own the growth of around 40-50 key Dcycle customers in Spain, and you share with the team a wider portfolio of smaller accounts. Your job is to help each of them get more value from Dcycle and buy more: new modules, new sites and new buyers inside the company, from procurement and IT to finance and general management. You run quarterly business reviews with key accounts, take complex topics (a new regulation, a market benchmark, a technical use case) and explain them simply, and open doors to the management committee and to our international team. You report to the Head of Sales Spain.
What Your First Months Will Look Like
You'll hit the ground running. In your first weeks you'll learn the product inside out (automated data collection, multi-framework reporting, product LCA, supplier engagement, ISO management systems and Leia, our built-in AI), meet your portfolio together with Customer Success and map each account: who buys, what they use and what they are missing.
By month three, you'll have account plans for your key customers, you'll have run your first QBRs and closed your first expansion deals, including our new products for quality and procurement teams.
By month six, you'll be selling to buyers outside sustainability in several accounts and you'll be on track with your quota.
What you'll do
Own the expansion of your 40-50 key accounts (upsell, cross-sell, new sites and new buyers), and work the shared portfolio through Customer Success signals and campaigns.
Prepare and run quarterly business reviews with key accounts: results, benchmarks against their sector, upcoming regulation and next steps.
Research complex topics (new regulations, market benchmarks, technical use cases), simplify them and present them so that a CFO or a plant manager gets it in five minutes.
Sell our newer products, such as ISO management systems and supplier evaluation, to procurement, IT, finance and quality teams.
Take relationships up to the management committee, and connect international customers with our international team.
Work hand in hand with Customer Success: they own adoption and renewal, you own growth.
Keep your pipeline and forecast up to date in HubSpot, and use AI to research, build benchmarks and prepare your QBRs.
Soft Skills: How we work
At Dcycle, your title no longer describes everything you do. Speed changed our culture: anyone can build, and AI agents multiply what each of us gets done. We expect three things from everyone who joins:
You build your own solutions. When you find a problem, you don't wait for someone else to fix it. You design the solution, build it and put it into the world, whether it is a playbook, an automation or an agent that does part of the work.
You keep learning. What you know today isn't enough for tomorrow. You pick up new disciplines and areas of knowledge so that no problem or obstacle stops you.
You are honest and accountable. You share what you are building before you build it, you own the outcome and not just the output, and you say things as they are.
For this role we also need you to be agreat communicator: you turn something complex into a clear story, and you are comfortable presenting it to a management committee.
We are managers of one and many: we run our own work and we orchestrate AI agents to multiply it. In return, the company removes bureaucracy and protects good-faith mistakes.
