1. Inventory Management:

6. Documentation and Record Keeping:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory movements, receipts, and shipments in the inventory management system.

- Prepare reports on inventory levels, stock valuations, and transaction histories for review by the Supply Chain Officer.

7. Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance:

- Adhere to safety protocols and organizational policies regarding material handling, storage, and waste management.

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

8. Collaboration and Communication:

- Work closely with maintenance, operations, and procurement teams to ensure alignment between inventory management and operational needs.

- Communicate effectively with suppliers to address any issues regarding deliveries, quality, or specifications.

- Identify opportunities for improving inventory management processes and warehouse operations, making recommendations to the Supply Chain Officer.

- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills related to inventory management and storekeeping best practices.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; a diploma or degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field is preferred.

- Experience: Minimum of [5] years of experience in storekeeping or inventory management, preferably in an industrial or power generation environment.
