| Perform storage provisioning, capacity management, and infrastructure performance tuning. | |
| · Act as the highest level of technical escalation for critical production storage and SAN incidents. | |
| · Participate in crisis management calls and provide timely resolutions to minimize downtime and meet RTO requirements. | |
| · Support 24x7 operations, including on-call and weekend support. | |
| · Ensure storage availability, compliance, data protection, and operational excellence. | |
| · Analyze complex infrastructure issues and provide proactive solutions and recommendations. | |
| · Deep expertise in Enterprise Block Storage Management. | |
| · Hands-on experience with EMC VMAX, PMAX, XtremIO, Pure Storage, and HPE Storage. | |
| · Strong administration experience with Cisco and Brocade SAN environments. | |
| · In-depth understanding of Fibre Channel SAN architecture and operations. | |
