Key Responsibilities:

• Design enterprise backup architecture usingVeeamforhybridworkloads(VM,containers,DB). 

• Definebackuppolicies,retention,replication,anddisasterrecovery strategy. 

• Leadimplementation forKubernetes/OpenShiftbackup includingetcd,controlplane,andworkloads. 

• DesignbackupsolutionsforKubeVirtVMworkloadswithsnapshot integration.Ensuredatabase backup strategyforMSSQLAlways-On and point-in-time recovery.ManageSANarchitecture,replication,snapshots,andperformanceoptimization.DriveDRdrills,BCPreadiness,and recoverySLAadherence. 

• Leadincidentmanagementforbackupfailuresanddata recoveryscenarios.Ensurecompliance with ISO27001,22301,andauditframeworks. 

• MentorL1/L2 teamand managevendors(Veeam,storageOEMs). 

TechnicalSkills: 

• AdvancedVeeamarchitecture&automation 

• Kubernetes/OpenShiftbackuparchitecture (Velero/VeeamKastenpreferred)DeepSANexpertise(NetApp,Lenovo) 

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor'sdegreeinengineering,IT,orrelatedfield. 

• 8to12yearsofexperienceinIToperationsina largeindustrialormanufacturingsetup. 

• ProficiencyinVirtualization OpenShift,Kubernetes,SANandcontainer platforms.Understandingofsoftware licensingmodelsandcomplianceaudits. 

• • Business Continuity PlanningandDC-DRDrillingandSimulation.
