Job Description:
• 24x7 Shifts Support
• Administration, configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting and reporting of storage and SAN switches
• Space allocation & MIS reporting for storage.
• Support during Migration process, DR drills and DR Live exchange operations.
• Operational Procedure documentation of activities related to storage (SOP, POA, etc.)
• Installation, Configuration, Troubleshooting and Management of storage devices.
• Support for any planned / unplanned activities as and when required by NCDEX.
• Call Logging, follow Up and tracking calls logged with vendors.
• Updating all request & status into NCDEX's System.
• Preparation of various documents including Standard Operating Procedure / Minutes of Meeting / Plan of Action / Incident Reports / Change Request / IMAC etc.
• Timely closure of Audit and internal assessment points.
• Support during Migration process, DR drills and DR Live exchange operations.
• Assets tagging, labeling and inventory management.
• Capacity planning of storage devices.
• Configuration backup of all storage devices.
• Vendor co-ordination and management.
• Tracking of vendor SLA's.
• Processes automation wherever applicable.
• Support of Infrastructure on cloud.
