Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
• Install, configure, administer, monitor and troubleshoot storage devices and SAN switches.
• Manage storage space allocation, capacity planning and MIS reporting.
• Support migrations, DR drills and live exchange operations during DR.
• Perform configuration backups of all storage devices.
• Support planned and unplanned activities as required by NCDEX.
• Log and track vendor support calls, coordinate with vendors and monitor SLA adherence.
• Update requests and their status in NCDEX's system.
• Prepare and maintain SOPs, Plans of Action, Minutes of Meeting, incident reports, change requests and IMAC documentation.
• Ensure timely closure of audit and internal assessment findings.
• Manage asset tagging, labelling and inventory.
• Automate processes wherever applicable.
• Support cloud infrastructure.
