STOCKSUPERVISOR  

Sales Generation:  

• Meet personal and store salesgoals  

• Utilize elevated levels of sales and service to maximize salesperformance  

• Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of themerchandise  

• Ensure all sales related policies and procedures aremaintained  

Customer Service:  

• Support and encourage staff toprovide the highest level of customerservice  

• Resolve all client problems and complaints quickly and effectively, ensuring clientsatisfaction  

• Assist sales associates withvarious customer service issues (i.e. dissatisfied customer, returns, defective merchandise) 

Operations:  

• Collaborate with store manager in areas of risk management, physical security, store cash controls, and inventorymanagement  

• Assist in the training of sales staff in all areas ofappropriate register usage andmaintenance  

• Understand and properly execute all management registerfunctions  

• Assist in all areas of stock, shipping, receiving protocol/policies, procedures, and all shipping/ receiving relatedpaperwork  

• Participate ininventories 

Merchandising/Visual:  

• Ensure the selling floor is neat, organized,stocked and reflects the correct visual image at alltimes  

• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of all merchandising/ visualdirectives  

• Ensure deliveries are properly processedin a timelymanner  

• Identify product concernsin a timelymanner  

• Communicate inventory needs to support the businessgoal 

Human Resources:  

• Ensure image and grooming standards are professional and reflective of the brand image,at alltimes  

• Adhere to work schedule, inclusive of time andattendance  

• Support andassist in follow-up for all training programs andseminars 

Your Daily Focus 

• Negative on hands & Cycle counts: walking these reports daily and delegating to the team any projectsrelated

• Floorset product: owning BOH shifts, allocations,unwrapping 

• Training standards and PK with stock team 

• Communication & Delegation
