Part-Time Physical Therapist – Local Territory, Facility Patients - Minimal Travel

Stern at Home Therapy is hiring aPart-Time Physical Therapist to provide care within adefined local territory in the Old Bridge area. This role is structured to offer aconsistent caseload with minimal travel, allowing you to focus on patient care rather than long commute times.Territory Coverage:

• ALF.
• Old Bridge area.
• Nearby community patients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled physical therapy services in assisted living and community-based settings.
• Manage a consistent caseload within a designated geographic area.
• Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care teams.

Qualifications:

• Active NJ Physical Therapist license.
