Position Summary

ProcessBarron is seeking an experienced and customer-focused  Steam Turbine  Product Specialist to support the continued growth of our Steam Turbine parts business. This role serves as the primary resource for aftermarket parts opportunities. Working closely with customers, Regional Sales Managers, suppliers, and internal teams to identify needs, develop solutions, and deliver accurate proposals. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in steam turbine systems and support our parts and commercial sales process.

Required Experience

Minimum 5 years of combined  experience working with steam turbines, including aftermarket parts, maintenance, service, technical support, applications, or related customer-facing responsibilities. Experience preparing quotations, proposals, or technical solutions for industrial customers.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Strong knowledge of steam turbine systems, components. Understanding of turbine maintenance and lifecycle support requirements. Strong communication, customer relationship, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with Regional Sales Managers to identify and develop steam turbine opportunities.

Prepare accurate quotations and professional proposals for replacement parts and services.

Serve as a technical resource for steam turbine aftermarket parts and solutions.

Develop supplier relationships and source OEM and non-OEM replacement components.

Manage opportunities through the sales cycle using CRM tools.

Collaborate with Engineering, Purchasing, Operations, Project Management, and Sales teams.
