The Head of Commercial Analytics will lead theuse of commercialanalyticsandAI-enabledinsightgenerationto supportproductlaunches, in-market performance,and pipeline planningacrossargenx USCommercialization.Therole willleverageenterprise data, platforms,andcapabilitiesto translate complex informationinto practicaldecision supportforUS Commercial leadersand teams,drivingstrongerorganizational impactandamplifyingargenx’sabilitytoimprovepatientoutcomes.
Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
Drive commercialdecision-making,performance management,and business planningacrossargenx USCommercializationbyleveragingdata management, AIenablement,andself-serveanalyticscapabilities ascriticalenablers.
Inspire, coach, manage and develop employees to achieve and grow as individuals and a cohesive team
Effectively manage external vendor relationships to ensure high-quality,actionable deliverablesthat support USCommercializationpriorities.
Establish an innovative culture thatadvances objective, data-drivendecision-makingbyembeddingtrusteddata,scalable analytics, AI-enabledmethods, andself-serveinsighttoolsinto commercial business routines.
Deliverintegrated commercial, customer,patient,product,and performance insights that are actionable forteams and support achievement of Commercial goals.
TranslateUSCommercializationbusinessneedsinto high-valueanalytics,reporting,and AIuse casesthat supportexistingand future assets.
Analyze,synthesize, and interpretdataacross sourcestogeneratetimely, meaningful reports, dashboards, andexecutive-readyrecommendations for brand and leadershipteams.
Support senior managementreadinessforkeyinvestor callsand meetings,includingearnings calls, JPM,andotherexternalengagements,byprovidingtimely datafacts,insights,and executive-ready briefingmaterials.
Serve as aseniorcommercialanalytics partnerto business leaders,helping teamsinterpret data,apply AI-enabledinsights,andmakefaster, moreinformeddecisionsacross provider,patient,payor,and performancedomains.
Ensure US Commercial teamscan access,understand,andconfidentlyusetrusted data,analytics,and AI-enabledinsightswithin brand,launch, performance,and pipeline planningprocesses.
Accelerate AIusageacross USCommercializationbyidentifyingdecision pointswhere AI-enabledanalyticscanimprove planning,execution,and performance management,andbychampioning adoption ofscalablesolutions.
Support assessment of Commercial strategies and tacticsthrough performancemeasurement, ROIanalytics,predictiveinsights,and recommendationsthatoptimize the use of existingandfuture resources.
Partner with Finance to manage the department budget including vendor agreements and contracts.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Highly skilled in influencing cross-functional teams, including interfacing with key internal and external stakeholders and with scientific and commercial teams
Excellent interpersonal,oral and written communication skills
Adaptive and motivated to build and lead while "rolling up their sleeves" to get it done
Solid business,planning and budget management acumen
Demonstrated experience managing commercial vendorsandservice providerstodeliveractionableanalytics,insights,and business support.
Ability to motivate and lead teams
Record of attracting and developing strong talent both internally and externally. Proven ability to grow and develop others
AbilitytotranslateUSCommercializationprioritiesinto practicaldata, AI,andself-serveanalyticsrequirementsand adoptionplans.
Good understanding of regulatory and legal requirements to pharmaceutical commercial operations
Education andQualifications:
BA or BSrequired, MBA Preferred
Minimum of 10years of experience in commercialfunctionswithin thebiopharmaceuticalindustrywith 5-7years in commercialanalytics, business intelligence, performanceanalytics,forecasting, or AI-enableddecision support.
Comprehensiveunderstanding of commercial data sources,reporting,segmentation,forecasting, performanceanalytics,advancedanalyticsmethodologies,and theapplication of AItoimprove businessdecision-making.
Strong analytical skills with the capability to effectively define business issues and recommendations
Start-up and Launch experience a plus
Familiarity with leading pharma industry commercial vendors

For applicants in the United States: The annual base salary hiring range for this position is $236,000.00 - $324,500.00 USD. This range reflects our good faith estimate at the time of posting. Individual compensation is determined using objective, inclusive, and job-related criteria such as relevant experience, skills, demonstrated competencies and internal equity. This means actual pay may differ from the posted range when justified by these factors. Because market conditions evolve, pay ranges are reviewed regularly and may be adjusted to remain aligned with external benchmarks.This job is eligible to participate in our short-term and long-term incentive programs, subject to the terms and conditions of those plans and applicable policies. It also includes a comprehensive benefits package, including but not limited to retirement savings plans, health benefits and other benefits subject to the terms of the applicable plans and program guidelines.
