• Leaddailytestinglaboratoryoperations,includingscheduling,resourceallocation,andworkflowplanning.

• Develop,implement,andmaintaintestplans,procedures,andmethodologiesalignedwithindustrystandardsandcustomerrequirements.

• Overseethecalibration,operation,andmaintenanceofhigh-current,high-voltage,andenvironmentaltestingequipment.

• Mentor,coach,anddeveloptestengineersandtechnicians,fosteringacultureoftechnicalexcellenceandcontinuouslearning.

• Analyzecomplextestdata,interpretresults,andcommunicatefindingsthroughdetailedtechnicalreports.

YourBackground

• Bachelor'sdegreeinElectricalEngineering,MechanicalEngineering,orarelatedengineeringdiscipline;advanceddegreepreferred.

• Sevenormoreyearsofexperienceinatestinglaboratoryenvironment,includingatleastthreeyearsinaleadershiporsupervisoryrole.

• Strongknowledgeofelectricalpowersystems,circuitbreakers,protectivedevices,andindustrytestingstandards.

• Proficiencywithlaboratoryinstrumentationanddataacquisitiontools,includingoscilloscopes,poweranalyzers,LabVIEW,andMATLAB.

• Provenexperiencedevelopingtestingmethodologies,validationprocesses,andqualityimprovementinitiatives.

• FamiliaritywithISO9001,ISO17025,orcomparablequalitymanagementsystems.
