JOB DESCRIPTION:

Position Overview 

TheSAPSenior Application Analystwill work on business systems design and configuration,as well asupgrades and improvements for assigned technology platforms.As a primary support contact forSAPapplication end-users, the SeniorSAPApplication Analyst will work to identify issues that arise in the application area as well as issues that impact other application teams, and work toresolve them.  TheSenior ApplicationAnalyst will perform impact analysis of desired changes, build and test systems changes, and identify areas of improvement associated with platform performance and opportunities to enable business processes andrequirements. The Senior Application Analyst will act as a mentor to junior analysts on the team, support questions, and may delegate activities to other analysts

Essential Duties 

Include, but are not limited to, the following: 

• Responsible for business systems design and configuration,andupgrades and improvements for low to medium complexity applications. 

• Design and implement solutions to a wide range of difficult problems that are imaginative, thorough, and practical. 

• Responsible for independent development and configuration ofan assignedapplication. 

• Identify issues that arise in the application area as well as issues that impact other application teams, and work toresolve them.  

• Develop new processes and procedures to meet current challenges. 

• Create and maintain system documentation.  

• Lead the estimation of enhancement or supportrequests.  

• Guide workflow design, configure and test system changes, and analyze technical issues. 

• Liaise with business systems stakeholders and software vendor’s implementation staff to ensure alignment of business needs withthedelivery of system changes. 

• Develop an understanding of operational needs to set the direction for the organization's workflows; proactively identify opportunities to improve business workflow with technology improvements. 

• Participateindevelopingdocumentation and participate intrainings and work with end users.  

• Troubleshoot problems andquestions, and provideregular updates on status to key business stakeholders. 

• Serve as a subject matter expert of assigned applications.  

• Provide end-userproductionsupport for issuesentered into issue tracking systems. 

• Review the status of projects and issues with project leadership. 

• Assign or delegate configuration or other activities toother team members. 

• Act as delegate forleadershipregardingincident or problemresolution. 

• Provide mentorship for other peers andtake thelead to solve problems, even if outside of normal scope. 

• Lead internal process design and documentation to drive continuous improvement for the IT department or team.

• Ability and means to travel between local Exact Sciences locations. 

• Ability to travel 5% of working time away from work location, may include overnight/weekend travel. 

Minimum Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s Degree inrelated field as outlined in the essential duties; or High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and 4 years ofrelevant experience as outlined in the essential duties in lieu ofBachelor’s Degree. 

• 5+years of experience developing or configuring technology solutions, either in an application analyst or project delivery role. 

• Demonstrated ability to understand and apply industry best practices.   

• Strongcomputer skills to include internet navigation and email usage. 

• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs. 

• Demonstrated ability to perform theessentialduties of the position with or without accommodation.  

• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship. 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Experience configuring business systems software in a life science, healthcare, orrelated industry. 

• Ability to architect and provide technical support of SAP systems andrelated environments such as Solution Manager and its functionality, SAP S/4, Transports management, System Copy andrefresh, Interfaces. 

• Understandingof SAP Security architecture and implementationmethods.  

• Working experience in S/4 HANA,SAP cloud Solutions,Fiori, andAWS  

• Experienceof working inSoX complaint environment. 

• Familiarity with continuous monitoring tools such as Solution Manager’s Configuration Validation & SystemRecommendation or SAP Cloud ALM products. CloudALM is a plus. 

• 2+ Year of IAS/CIS , Single sign on with SAP and Microsoft Entra and SAP SaaS solutions 

• Ability to provide technical supporttoresolvebasis and security issues, optimizing services and ensuring availability, performance & application security of critical business systems. 

• Ability to leadtechnicalproject from ideation to completion. 

• Experience working in Agile with understanding of ITIL V3.0 or above.
