CARBAGAS AG,a company of the Air Liquide Group, produces and supplies high-quality gasses for industrial and medical application among others. In parallel, the company develops and settles tailored gas systems in technical terms. We are everywhere in your daily life and you do not see us! From the gas in your lemonade to the chip in your smartphone through the reduction of gas emission, we take part to our customers’ innovative development of applications.

How will you contribute and grow?

• Stammdatenmanagement:Anlegen von Kunden, Wiederverkäufern und Händlern sowie die sorgfältige Verwaltung der Stammdaten in unseren ERP- und CRM-Systemen.
• Vertragsmanagement: Zuverlässige Durchführung von Änderungen an Verträgen und Konten.
• Bestandspflege:Bearbeitung und Anpassung von Kundenbeständen auf Anfrage.
• Prozessoptimierung: Proaktive Maßnahmen zur Sicherstellung der Datenkonsistenz, zur Steigerung von Effizienz und Profitabilität sowie zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Kunden- und Händlererfahrung.

Are you a match?

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung.
• Sicher Umgang in SAP, Salesforce sowie Google Workspace.
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C2). Französisch, Englisch oder Italienisch sind von Vorteil.
• Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten für den aktiven Austausch mit Schnittstellen wie Customer Service, Vertrieb, Finance und Disposition.
