Une offre de stage intitulée «Stagiaire en Gestion de Projet Achats 4.0 (IA & Optimisation)» vient de s'ouvrir au sein d'Airbus (Toutes divisions) sur son site deBlagnac.

Vous rejoindrez une équipe deplus de 80 personnes au sein du département «Achats Généraux Engineering Services (PJE) » en charge d'intervenir pour toutes les divisions du groupe (Airbus Commercial, Helicopters, Defence & Space). Ce stage consistera à : piloter et implémenter des projets Procurement transverses et stratégiques s'inscrivant dans la transformation globale du General Procurement, en menant des appels d'offres internationaux, en mettant en œuvre des stratégies MFT et en explorantdes solutions d'Intelligence Artificielle (IA).

Ce stage débutera enjanvier 2027 pour une durée de6 mois.

Ce poste nécessite une habilitation de sécurité ou nécessite d'être éligible à une habilitation par les autorités reconnues.

Tâches et responsabilités :

Encadré(e) par votre tuteur(trice), vous développerez vos compétences en travaillant sur les activités suivantes :

• Projets et appels d'offres : Collaborer sur des projets et des appels d'offres internationaux et multi-divisions.
• Mise en œuvre de la stratégie : Mettre en œuvre la stratégie validée au sein des MFT (Multi Functional Teams) avec l'ensemble des partenaires internes (métiers, Finance, Compliance, IT…).
• Pilotage de projets d’amélioration : Piloter des projets d’amélioration cross-commodités au sein de l'équipe PJE et proposer des méthodes de travail innovantes applicables à toutes les divisions.
• Initiatives à forte valeur ajoutée : Répondre aux besoins de PJE en menant des initiatives à forte valeur ajoutée pour l'entreprise.
• Déploiement d'outils IA : Explorer et accompagner le déploiement d'outils et de solutions basés sur l'Intelligence Artificielle (IA) pour optimiser les processus d'achats (analyse de données, automatisation, aide à la décision).

Compétences & Prérequis :

Vous préparez actuellement un diplôme de niveauBac +5 dans le domaine desachats, de la supply chain ou du commerce international pour un stage d’une durée de6 mois.

Ce poste s'adresse uniquement aux étudiants à la recherche d'un stage de fin d'études.

Vous avez les connaissances et compétences techniques (Hard Skills) suivantes :

• Gestion de projets Procurement et d'appels d'offres internationaux
• Mise en œuvre de stratégies d'achats et Supply Chain
• Appétence pour la digitalisation des processus et l'Intelligence Artificielle (IA)

Tasks and responsibilities:

Under the guidance of your supervisor, you will develop your skills by working on the following activities:

• Projects and Calls for Tender: Collaborate on international and multi-division projects and calls for tender.
• Strategy Implementation: Implement the validated strategy within MFTs (Multi Functional Teams) with all internal partners (business lines, Finance, Compliance, IT…).
• Improvement Project Management: Manage cross-commodity improvement projects within the PJE team and propose innovative working methods applicable to all divisions.
• High Value-Added Initiatives: Respond to PJE's needs by leading high value-added initiatives for the company.
• AI Tools Deployment: Explore and support the deployment of Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based tools and solutions to optimize procurement processes (data analysis, automation, decision support).

Skills & Prerequisites:

You are currently preparing aMaster's degree (Bac +5) in the field ofPurchasing, Supply Chain, or International Business for an internship duration of6 months.

This position is exclusively for students seeking an end-of-studies internship.

You possess the following technical knowledge and skills (Hard Skills):
