Staff Project Manager

Core Technical & Delivery Skills

• Strong SDLC mastery — Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery models; knows how to translate feature roadmaps into sprint-ready execution
• Technical fluency — comfortable discussing APIs, event streams, data pipelines, tagging, SDKs, and cloud environments (esp. GCP or AWS)
• Integration delivery — experience coordinating multiple systems (ad server, analytics, identity, or CMS integrations)
• Data-driven project oversight — understands data flows, reporting layers, and dependencies between engineering and analytics teams
• Tool proficiency — Jira (including Advanced Roadmaps), Confluence, Smartsheet, Power BI, or equivalent
