역할 소개
퀵커머스 분야의 고객 경험을 리드할 Staff Product Designer를 찾고 있습니다. 이 포지션은 제품 기반의 전략적 사고, 인터랙션 디자인, 비주얼 완성도, 실행 전반을 아우를 수 있는 시니어 실무 디자이너 역할입니다.

장보기·쇼핑 이용 경험의 핵심 영역을 정의하고 개선하게 됩니다. 여기에는 발견, 탐색, 구매, 주문 이후 경험, 성장 루프가 포함됩니다. Product, Engineering, Business, Research 팀 등 다양한 이해관계자와 긴밀히 협업해 제품의 방향성을 구체화하고, 빠른 속도로 높은 품질의 경험을 제공하게 됩니다.

주요 업무

• 주요 고객 경험의 End-to-end 디자인을 리드합니다.
• 비즈니스 목표, 고객 니즈, 제품 인사이트를 명확한 UX 전략과 디자인 솔루션으로 전환합니다.
• 사용자 리서치, 퍼널 분석, 실험, 벤치마킹을 통해 기회 영역을 발굴합니다.
• 복잡한 문제를 깊이 있게 이해하고 사용자 플로우, 와이어프레임, 프로토타입, 비주얼 디자인을 통해 솔루션을 정교화합니다.
• 체계적으로 사고하면서 직관과 근거를 함께 활용합니다. UX 리서치, 사용성 테스트, A/B 테스트, 제품 지표, 벤치마크 등을 바탕으로 디자인 의사결정을 내립니다.
• Product, Engineering, Business, Research 팀과 진행상황을 공유하고 디자인 의사결정의 근거를 명확히 전달합니다.
• 장보기·쇼핑 경험을 위한 확장 가능한 UX 패턴과 디자인 시스템의 발전에 기여합니다.
• 디테일에 대한 높은 기준, 깊이 있는 크리틱, 좋은 디자인에 대한 감각을 바탕으로 팀의 디자인 품질 기준을 높입니다.

자격 요건

• 6년 이상의 UX 디자인 경험과 뛰어난 비주얼 및 인터랙션 디자인 역량을 보유하신 분
• 프로덕트 팀과 긴밀히 협업하여 크고 복잡한 기능, 프로젝트의 전략과 논리를 수립한 경험이 있으신 분
• 0-to-1 경험 또는 제품, 서비스 디자인의 주요 요소를 재설계한 경험이 있으신 분. 빠르게 성장하는 환경 또는 속도감 있는 스타트업 환경에서의 경험이 있으면 더욱 좋습니다.
• 사용자 중심 디자인 원칙, UI 패턴, 비주얼 디자인 원칙, 사용성 테스트, 복잡한 사용자 여정, 제품 및 비즈니스 지표에 대한 이해가 있는 분
• 제품 디자인 프로세스 및 라이프사이클 전반에서 데이터와 A/B 테스트를 활용해 의사결정을 내린 경험이 있으신 분
• 뛰어난 프레젠테이션, 커뮤니케이션, 이해관계자 관리 역량을 보유하신 분
• 영어와 한국어 모두 비즈니스 레벨 이상의 소통이 가능한 분

About the role

We are looking for a Staff Product Designer to lead the customer experience for the quick-commerce vertical. This is a senior individual contributor role for a designer who can operate across strategy, product thinking, interaction design, visual craft, and execution.

You will define and improve key parts of the shopping journey, including discovery, browsing, purchasing, post-order experience, and growth loops. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Business, and Research teams to shape product direction and deliver high-quality experiences at speed.

Responsibilities: 

• Lead end-to-end design for major customer-facing experiences.
• Translate business goals, customer needs, and product insights into clear UX strategies and design solutions.
• Identify product opportunities through user research, funnel analysis, experimentation, and competitive benchmarking.
• Dive deep to understand complex problems and refine your solutions through user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs. 
• Think systematically and use both intuition and evidence (including user-research, usability testing, A/B testing, product metrics, and benchmarks) to inform design decisions.
• Communicate design rationale and create alignment with Product, Engineering, Business, and Research teams.
• Help evolve scalable UX patterns and the design system for the Grocery & Shopping experience.
• Raise the team’s design quality bar through attention to detail, thoughtful critique and a strong taste for good design.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in UX, delivering high quality designs, along with excellent visual and interaction skills.
• Closely partnered with Product Owners & Business teams to develop strategy and rationale for large and complex features, projects, or programs.
• 0-to-1 experience or experience redesigning major elements of a product, experience or service design, ideally in a rapid-growth or fast-paced startup environment.
• A solid grasp of user-centered design principles, user-interface patterns, visual design principles, usability testing, complex user journeys and common product and business metrics.
• Track record of using data and A/B testing to inform decision making across the entire product design process/lifecycle.
• Strong presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Both English and Korean language fluency is required.
• Portfolio demonstrating your work with at least 1 product or design that was released to users with an understanding of target users, user journeys and visual design skills.

Document Return Policy 

1. This notification is given pursuant to Article 11 (6) of the Fair Hiring Procedure Act.
