The Staff Mechanical Design Engineer will lead the design and development of advanced electrohydraulic, electromechanical, and electropneumatic systems. This role requires deep technical expertise, innovation, and leadership in developing next-generation motion control solutions across industries such as aerospace simulation, oil & gas, and industrial applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design and development ofcomplex mechanical and motion control systems
• Plan and execute engineering activities involving advanced design methodologies
• Developnew product requirements in collaboration with customers and sales teams
• Conducttrade studies, simulations, and performance analyses
• Lead proposal efforts includingdesign concepts, cost estimation, and technical documentation
• Guide and mentor engineering teams on major projects
• Performresearch, testing, and validation of engineering solutions
• UtilizeFEA and CFD tools for analysis and optimization
• Document designs, test results, and engineering reports
• Drive innovation and support product platform expansion into new markets

Must-Have Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree inMechanical Engineering(Master's preferred)
• 10+ years of relevant mechanical design experience
• Strong expertise inhydraulics, electromechanical systems, and motion control
• Experience incomplex system design and product development
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
