The Role
We’re looking for aStaff Engineer to support the operation and growth of our RNG facilities. You’ll provide hands-on technical support, troubleshoot equipment issues, drive process improvements, and ensure projects are designed and executed to the highest safety and industry standards.

What You’ll Do

• Lead safety, commissioning, and start-up efforts

• Optimize plant performance and reliability

• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment/process issues

• Oversee design updates (P&IDs, models, diagrams)

• Support automation and controls (PLC/SCADA)

• Drive efficiency, debottlenecking, and production improvements

What We’re Looking For

• BS in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Civil, or Petroleum)

• 8+ years of industry experience (RNG, natural gas, or similar preferred)

• Strong background with high-pressure/rotating equipment and process systems

• Proficiency with industry standards (API, ASME, NACE) and tools (AutoCAD, ProMax, MS Office)

• Problem-solver who thrives in dynamic environments

• Must be based in or willing to relocate toIndianapolis, IN
