As a Staff Data Engineer & AI Solution Architect you should be able to architect scalable, enterprise-grade data, cloud analytics, AI/ML, and Agentic AI solutions for complex business use cases. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in GCP/Azure, Snowflake, SAP S/4HANA, Python, SQL, and modern engineering practices, along with proven technical leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver scalable, production-readycloud data, analytics, AI/ML, and data science solutions to address complex business challenges.
• Leadenterprise architecture and technical design decisions, establishing robust data models, platform standards, integration patterns, and lifecycle practices while minimizing technical debt.
• Provide deep technical expertise to troubleshoot critical issues and drive innovative, scalable solutions across multiple projects and technology domains.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, architects, business stakeholders, and technical working groups to define and deliver effective architecture solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, architecture reviews, and solution guidance toData Engineers, Data Scientists, Engineers, and Product Owners, strengthening overall engineering capability.

Qualifications & Experience

• 8+ years of IT experience in data and technology, including5+ years architecting and delivering large-scale cloud data, analytics, and AI/ML solutions.
• Strong hands-on experience withGCP and/or Azure, along with enterprise and on-premises technology platforms.
• Strong experience withSnowflake, including enterprise data architecture, data modeling, performance optimization, and integration with cloud and enterprise platforms.
• Strong experience withSAP platforms and data integration; experience withSAP S/4HANA and leveraging SAP data for enterprise analytics solutions is highly desirable.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with technologies such asPython, SQL, .NET, and Angular, along with strong software engineering and GitHub-based development practices.
• Experience withGenerative AI and Agentic AI solutions; exposure to distributed technologies such asKubernetes/OpenShift and Solace is desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills across business and technical audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate and adopt emerging technologies and translate them intoscalable solutions that deliver long-term business value.
