Description

• Oversee compensation design for a large, seasonal workforce.
• Collaborate with HR and business leaders to meet compensation needs.
• Evaluate and redesign existing compensation programs as necessary.
• Ensure compliance and consistency in program governance.
• Identify and modernize legacy processes using automation tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and evolve core compensation programs.
• Collaborate with HR and leadership to translate business needs into solutions.
• Provide compensation advisory and expertise to stakeholders.
• Ensure consistent program governance across the workforce.
• Improve processes and tools for scalability and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 8 years of progressive compensation experience with program design ownership.
• Expertise in market pricing, job evaluation, and incentive plan design.
• Proven track record advising senior leaders on compensation strategy.
• Experience with large or distributed workforce compensation programs.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with compensation modeling.
