Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills: 

- Minimum 3 years experience

- Hold a valid CPR and first aid certification

- Two or more of the following certifications:

* Lagree Certification

* Mat Pilates

* Barre

* Rhythm Cycle / Indoor Cycling

* Stretch

* Bootcamp / Functional / HIIT Training

* Yoga

- Understanding movement screenings in body composition measurements

- Good understanding of digital gym schedule management

- English speaking (Conversational level at a minimum - able to communicate clearly)

- Energetic, Inspiring, Friendly, Engaging & Social

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Plans, leads, and performs a wide variety of fitness and activity classes around the specific vision and strategy of the gym.

- Sets up and monitors classes and personal training sessions.

- Distributes online information, if appropriate, and answers questions from clients. Tracks & monitors client’s fitness progression and whether it is in line with goals initially set.

- Promote and sell group classes and Personal Training for the gym project only – exclusivity contract.

- Maintain a client base by selling the minimum level of new class passes, membership, and personal training session packages as determined by the management team.

- Assist in membership management and data collection

- Maintains professional and technical knowledge about exercise, health, and fitness by
remaining current with trends in the industry.

- Contributes top team effort by accomplishing results as needed.

- Ensures that safety and injury prevention policies and procedures are adhered to by clients; reports accidents and prepares accident reports as required.

- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
