Staff Accountant (Supporting Cost & Manufacturing)

KI, the trusted furniture market resource, has an opening for a Staff Accountant at its Corporate office in Green Bay, WI.
 
In this role, special emphasis will be placed on monitoring and reporting on the financial results of KI's manufacturing operations.  
 
Responsibilities include: 

• Performing general operational support tasks, including reconciliation and reporting
• Managing financial processes including inventory valuation and standard cost maintenance
• Executing month-end close activities and preparing various financial reports
• Conducting analysis and reporting of manufacturing operations, including labor, overhead, freight costs, and product gross margins
• Utilizing business insight to impact, influence, and support business partners across the organization

Qualifications:  

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Minimum of1-3 years ofaccountingexperience  
• Strongproficiency with spreadsheets (Excel), accounting software (MRP/ERP), query and data analysis tools, includingPowerBI 
• Ability to communicateatvarious levels within the organization 
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and adherence to deadlines 
• An aptitude for critical, strategic, and creative thinking
