Job Title: Staff Accountant

Location: Metro Manila, Cebu City, Davao City (Remote positions available)

Company Overview: CPAProLink, a division of HiFi Creative LLC, provides high-quality bookkeeping and accounting support to CPA firms in the US. We are seeking skilled Bookkeepers to join our remote team, supporting US-based CPA firms.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and ensure accuracy of financial records for multiple clients.

• Reconcile accounts and bank statements, investigating discrepancies and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

• Process accounts payable and receivable, managing invoices and payments.

• Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial statements.

• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and other relevant accounting standards.

• Collaborate with US-based CPA firms to provide accurate and timely accounting support.

• Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or other relevant tools to manage financial data.

• Assist with tax filings and compliance reporting.

• Provide support during audits and other financial reviews.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Staff Accountant or in a similar role.

• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar platforms.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to work independently and remotely.

• Strong communication skills in English.

• Familiarity with US GAAP and other relevant accounting standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting US-based clients.

• CPA or equivalent certification.

• Experience with tax filings and compliance reporting.

Compensation: $20 - $23 / hr during contract period. Full-Time positions & pay increases are available for contractors who demonstrate success.
