What You'll Do

Become a cornerstone of our financial operations, where your expertise directly impacts global reporting and strategic decisions.

• Orchestrate the precise and timely preparation of well-documented journal entries and account reconciliations for month-end and quarter-end close cycles.

• Scrutinize and validate journal entries, income statements, and balance sheets for assigned entities, ensuring unwavering accuracy and compliance.

• Deliver insightful and accurate monthly reports to management, upholding the highest standards of disclosure quality and adherence to CME Group documentation and Sarbanes-Oxley policies.

• Champion continuous improvement initiatives, identifying and implementing enhancements across end-to-end finance processes to optimize efficiency and strengthen controls.

• Bolster the successful completion of EMEA and APAC statutory audits, providing essential support and documentation.

• Contribute to the integrity of financial data, supporting internal controls and compliance frameworks.

What You'll Bring

• Actively pursuing a recognized accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).

• Possess a 2.1 degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• Demonstrate a strong aptitude for manipulating and analyzing large datasets with precision.

• Exhibit a solid understanding of accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP) and financial reporting standards.

• Showcase excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to accuracy.
