Your New Role
This role will provide maternity period coverage for the China Theatrical Marketing team, executing integrated marketing campaigns with a primary focus on digital marketing for Warner Bros. Pictures theatrical releases in China.
The successful candidate will work closely with internal cross-functional teams, agencies, digital platforms, and external partners to help deliver integrated marketing campaigns across social media and digital channels. This role requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced entertainment environment.
Your Role Accountabilities:
Assist in the planning and execution of integrated theatrical marketing campaigns by collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including Media, PR, Creative and Digital, to deliver aligned marketing initiatives across all consumer touchpoints.
Execute the day-to-day coordination and execution of digital marketing initiatives across key social and digital platforms, including Weibo, Douyin, Red Note, Bilibili, WeChat and other relevant channels under guidance.
Support the management of relationships with digital platform partners to support promotional initiatives and campaign activations.
Coordinate with Regional and Global Marketing teams to align on campaign priorities, marketing materials, creative approvals and project deliverables.
Work with local marketing agencies to support identification of creative opportunities and assist in developing creative asset requests based on local market insights, film screenings and campaign strategies. Coordinate asset localization, reviews and approvals with Regional and Global teams.
Support influencer (KOL/KOC) campaign execution, including content review, scheduling, and performance tracking.
Track project timelines and maintain campaign status documents to ensure key milestones are met. Assist in providingday-to-day project coordination across multiple theatrical marketing campaigns, ensuring effective communication, documentation and timely follow-up with internal and external stakeholders.
Support monitoring of campaign performance throughout the campaign lifecycle and assist in reporting on optimization opportunities based on platform data and audience insights.
Track theatrical marketing campaigns, digital trends and platform innovations, and assist in compiling market intelligence and case studies to support campaign planning and identify new opportunities.
Assist in developing presentation materials and marketing updates for internal, Regional and Global stakeholders.
Assist in preparing and delivering campaign reports, performance analyses and post-campaign recaps at key milestones, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business or a related discipline.
1-3 years of experience years of experience in digital marketing, entertainment marketing, theatrical marketing or a related industry.
Ability to work effectively with guidance while managing multiple stakeholders in a collaborative environment.
Experience supporting digital marketing campaigns for theatrical film releases or Hollywood studio titles is strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of theatrical marketing workflows and campaign lifecycle is preferred.
Strong understanding of China's digital ecosystem, including Weibo, Douyin, Red Note, Bilibili and WeChat.
Demonstrated experience working with digital platforms, KOL/KOC, agencies and cross-functional stakeholders.
Good judgment in reviewing marketing content and influencer collaborations, with an understanding of platform guidelines, brand standards and local market sensitivities.
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
