RV & Trailer Parts Counter Sales Specialist - Bilingual Spanish Preferred

Freeway Trailer Parts & Service is hiring an experiencedRV and Trailer Parts Counter Sales Specialist to join our Escondido location.

We are looking for someone who already understandsRV parts, trailer parts, towing products, accessories, and common repair components and can help customers identify the correct parts quickly and accurately.

This isnot an entry-level retail position. Previous professional experience selling or working with RV, trailer, towing, automotive, or related parts is required.

Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred because we serve a large English- and Spanish-speaking customer base.

You’ll work alongside our existing counter staff helping customers in person and by phone, locating parts, creating orders, receiving inventory, and supporting our RV/trailer service department.

Previous professional experience with RV parts, trailer parts, towing products, or related automotive parts

Parts-counter, dealership, repair-shop, RV-store, or distributor experience

Ability to identify parts from customer descriptions, measurements, photos, and old components

Comfortable using computerized parts catalogs and POS/inventory systems

Strong customer-service skills

Able to work independently and stay organized

Valid driver’s license

Compensation based on experience.
