Spa Receptionist - AYANA BALI (Japanese Speaking)

We are in search of young talent with an energetic personality, yet elegant that fulfill the requirements for a Spa Receptionist (Japanese Speaking) to work with our Spa team at the finest 5-star luxury resort in Bali.

Responsibilities

• Welcome walk-ins, answer questions about services and schedule appointments based on availability
• Inform clients about new services and discounts
• Cross-sell services and products when appropriate
• Update client records with contact and billing details, appointments and services offered
• Maintain a tidy reception area

• Indonesian citizen
• Fluent in Japanese
• Minimum of 1-year experience in the same position in a large luxury resort or five-star Spa environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Diploma in Hospitality or other relevant fields. Bachelor's Degree is desirable.
