Sr. Manager, Asset Manager Investor Center Partnerships Operations

The Role 

The Investor Center Partnerships is part of Fidelity Real Estate Company and encompasses the firm’s retail portfolio which includes 217 branches, spans across 38 states and the District of Columbia, and occupies roughly 1.85 million SF. 

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Manager, Asset Manager responsible for driving data‑informed asset strategies across the retail portfolio, ensuring facilities investments, lifecycle planning, and capital deployment aligning with business priorities and long‑term portfolio health.  

The Senior Manager works closely with several internal and external teams including Investor Center Partnerships Operations team, Engineering Services, Transactions, Design, Finance, Operations, Security, Technology, Procurement, and vendor partners to execute and manage all Assets for the retail portfolio, implement new concepts, manage TIA, manage Capital and Op Ex programs and ensures on-time and on-budget execution for the Investor Centers. Collaboration with all the teams is essential to success! 

The Senior Manager will manage a team of internal and external resources, stakeholders, and vendors. Asset Manager also supports vendor strategy and performance oversight related to asset management programs, ensuring data integrity, reporting accuracy, and alignment to contractual expectations. 

This role reports to the Director, Investor Center Partnerships Operations. 

The Expertise and Skills You Bring 

• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute portfolio level asset management strategies that align facilities investments with business objectives and long-term asset performance goals. 

• Expert knowledge of asset lifecycle planning, capital forecasting, facility condition assessments, deferred maintenance planning, TIA management, and portfolio optimization methodologies. 

• Strong analytical capabilities with experience leveraging asset data, condition assessments, financial metrics, and operational performance indicators to drive investment decisions. 

• Proven ability to develop and manage multi-year capital plans, asset replacement programs, and lifecycle investment strategies across large, geographically dispersed portfolios. 

• Experience identifying asset-related risks and developing mitigation plans that improve reliability, resiliency, sustainability, and operational continuity. 

• Ability to establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), portfolio health metrics, capital program effectiveness measures, and vendor performance standards. 

• Experience creating comprehensive business cases, capital forecasts, cost-benefit analyses, and executive-level reporting to support strategic decision-making. 

• Experience working collaboratively across multiple disciplines including Real Estate, Finance, Operations, Project Delivery, Procurement, Engineering, and external service providers. 

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders, drive alignment, and manage competing priorities in a complex operational environment. 

• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey technical and financial information to diverse audiences, including senior leadership. 

• Experience implementing process improvements, governance frameworks, and asset management best practices to enhance portfolio performance and accountability. 

• Ability to respond to portfolio-level risks and critical asset issues, supporting continuity planning and operational resilience initiatives. Experience with Corrigo, Power BI, Procore, MS Excel (advance), MS Project, Kahua, PMWeb, or TriRiga 

Other Requirements 

• Ability to be onsite at Fidelity locations full time. 

• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
