• Assist with fly-ins, lobby days, coalition meetings, stakeholder briefings, webinars, and other advocacy events.Ā

• Draft and edit action alerts, newsletters, social content, talking points, leave-behinds, website copy, and client materials.Ā

• Manage digital assets for social channels and websites, ensuring content isĀ accurate,Ā timely, and aligned with clientĀ objectives.Ā

• Coordinate tasks across creative, data, digital, technology, and client service teams.Ā

• Research policymakers, districts, agencies, committees, companies, coalitions, and stakeholder audiences to support strategy and outreach.Ā

• Track campaign activity, prepare status updates, capture meeting follow-ups, and support reporting against client goals.Ā

Qualifications:Ā

• Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Communications, Public Policy, Public Affairs, a related field, or equivalent work experience.Ā

• 2 to 4 years of experience in advocacy, public affairs, government relations, campaigns, legislative work, account management, communications, or a related field.Ā

• Working understanding of the legislative process and interest in lobbying, grassroots advocacy, stakeholder engagement, and public affairs campaigns.Ā

• Strong writing, editing, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ā

• Comfort using digital advocacy tools, CRM systems, email platforms, social media tools, or similar technology.Ā

• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced team environment.Ā

Preferred SkillsĀ

• PriorĀ Capitol Hill, campaign, association, corporate government affairs, public affairs, or agency experience.Ā

• Experience coordinating events, lobby days, webinars, fly-ins, or stakeholder meetings.Ā
