Pay Range: $50 - $60/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and scale the SRE function from the ground up.
  • Manage, coach, and develop SRE engineers.
  • Lead initiatives across SRE, production engineering, platform engineering, DevOps, or large-scale technology operations.
  • Establish strong command of SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, observability, incident management, resilience engineering, and production-readiness practices.
  • Drive reliability across organizational boundaries and influence teams not in the direct reporting line.
  • Monitor and improve the reliability of GPS & YAVA platforms, including enterprise CRM and Salesforce ecosystems and CTI integrations.
  • Communicate technical risks effectively to various stakeholders, translating them into operational and financial impacts.
  • Engage with contact-center technology, CTI, telephony, real-time voice, or conversational AI platforms.
  • Manage integrations with Client MQ, DB2, mainframe, Imperva, F5, Five9, Azure, or Client Cloud.
  • Operate within regulated healthcare or other high-availability enterprise environments.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • 12+ years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Demonstrated experience building or materially scaling an SRE function.
  • Proven leadership experience in SRE, production engineering, platform engineering, DevOps, or large-scale technology operations.
  • Strong understanding of distributed systems, networking, DNS, load balancing, TLS, API gateways, cloud platforms, middleware, databases, and vendor dependencies.
  • Exceptional executive communication skills.
