Pay Range: $60 - $65/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain robust infrastructure usingAWS andAzure services.
• Automate workflows and repetitive tasks to enhance operational efficiency.
• Implement and manageCI/CD pipelines usingGitHub andGitHub Actions.
• Monitor system performance and reliability with tools likeNew Relic andAzure Monitoring.
• Conduct incident management, including root cause analysis and post-incident reviews.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to write clear documentation, such as Runbooks.
• SupportAzure ML,Databricks, and other related SaaS tools.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or related fields.
• Proficiency in programming languages such asPython,Bash, orJava.
• Deep understanding ofLinux andWindows operating systems and networking concepts.
• Hands-on experience withDocker,Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools likeTerraform orCloudFormation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex distributed systems independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with microservices architecture and supporting AI/ML solutions.
• Certifications related to cloud engineering or DevOps.
• Familiarity with large-scale system management and configuration.
