Sr TIBCO Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking an experiencedSenior TIBCO Consultant with strong expertise in designing, developing, implementing, and supporting enterprise integration solutions using the TIBCO technology stack. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in integration architecture, API development, messaging, and middleware technologies while working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise integration solutions using TIBCO products.
• Develop integrations usingTIBCO BusinessWorks (BW5/BW6).
• Build and manage APIs usingTIBCO API Exchange/API Management.
• Configure and administerTIBCO EMS (Enterprise Message Service).
• Develop RESTful and SOAP web services.
• Integrate applications across cloud and on-premises environments.
• Perform performance tuning and optimization of TIBCO applications.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide L2/L3 support.
• Design reusable integration frameworks and best practices.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and development teams.
• Participate in architecture reviews and technical design discussions.
• Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, and operational runbooks.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
• Support CI/CD implementation for integration deployments.
• Ensure security, scalability, and high availability of integration solutions.
