Sr System Reliability Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Provide application support and perform troubleshooting of production issues.
• Work with Linux environments and perform system-level troubleshooting.
• Monitor applications and infrastructure using Splunk, Dynatrace, or other monitoring tools.
• Work with ITIL/ITSM processes for incident, problem, and service management.
• Develop and maintain SQL/PL/SQL queries for troubleshooting and operational requirements.
• Automate operational and support activities using scripting and automation tools.
• Work with Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines for application deployment and automation.
• Develop and maintain scripts using Groovy, YAML, and Shell scripting.
• Manage source code and collaborate using Git and Bitbucket.
• Work with Kubernetes environments for application deployment and support.
• Support and manage applications deployed on AWS.
