  • Conduct and support unit testing, system testing, and end-to-end integration testing for payroll and time functionality and interfaces.
  • Lead solution delivery and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
  • Maintain documentation such as integration architecture diagrams, data mapping documents, interface specs, and process flows.
  • Collaborate with team members in defining security requirements aligned to business roles
  • Partner with SuccessFactors EC functional teams to ensure employee, payroll, and time-related data elements are correctly configured and integrated.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and data quality enhancements within HR integration landscapes.
  • Contribute to the development of repeatable processes via a “playbook” mindset for regional payroll and time implementations.
Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors, especially EC and integrations.
  • Expertise in European payroll processes (multi-country), including statutory compliance (e.g., UK, Germany, France, Netherlands, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of European payroll solutions (e.g., SAP Payroll, SD Worx, ADP, or local country vendors).
  • Experience integrating time management systems (SAP Time Tracking, Kronos/UKG, WorkForce Software, or similar) with HR platforms.
  • Hands-on experience designing and supporting integrations between HR systems, payroll systems, and time applications.
  • Exposure to SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) or other middleware tools (Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, etc.).
  • Familiarity with global or regional payroll vendors such as SD Worx, ADP, NGA/Alight, or Deel is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of SuccessFactors EC data model, employee lifecycle processes, and HR integration frameworks.
  • Expertise in data mapping, transformation logic, and interface design.
  • Strong experience in system testing, integration validation, and defect resolution.
  • Strong documentation skills (functional + technical).
