Sr Subject Matter Expert (Support&Ops)

About The Job:

• Client is seeking Elisity Network Security Policy Specialists to support an enterprise microsegmentation program.
• The client is deploying the Elisity platform as part of their broader network security strategy and requires skilled professionals to support policy management, incident response, and ongoing platform operations across multiple time zones.
• This is a technical network security role focused on policy administration, operational support, and platform governance.

Essential Job Functions:

• Administer and manage Elisity platform policies, including configuration, updates, optimization, and ongoing tuning.
• Deploy and validate network security policies, including Secure Group Tags (SGT) and enforcement boundaries.
• Monitor policy enforcement and support incident triage and resolution triggered by policy changes.
• Develop and maintain operational runbooks, procedures, and knowledge base documentation.
• Collaborate with internal network security, SOC, and implementation partner teams on policy design and deployment.
• Support platform governance, compliance reporting, and audit requirements.
• Coordinate across EMEA and USA teams to ensure consistent coverage and operational continuity.
• Assist with service design documentation and operational process development.
• Participate in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure security policies align with organizational standards and microsegmentation strategies.

Qualifications:
Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Network Security Operations or Security Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with microsegmentation platforms, withElisity strongly preferred.
• Experience with alternatives such asCisco ACI,VMware NSX, or similar microsegmentation technologies.
• Strong understanding of network security policy, Secure Group Tags (SGT), and policy-based enforcement models.
• Experience deploying security policies in enterprise environments and managing policy-driven incident response.
• Familiarity with ITIL-aligned service delivery processes and ticket management.
• Ability to provide operational coverage across EMEA or USA time zones.

Preferred Qualifications

• Elisity platform certification or demonstrated Elisity project experience.
• Experience working in co-managed or partner-led delivery models.
• Background in OT (Operational Technology) and enterprise network segmentation.
• Exposure to Cisco security architecture and related integrations.
• Experience with enterprise security governance, compliance, and audit support.
