Senior Scrum Master to manage two teams. The first team is our InfraOps VS/ART supporting the Azure DevOps Hypercare cloud team in making enhancements and providing operational support. The second team is in our Field VS supporting our Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) work management system in making small enhancements and operational support. Two things to highlight from the required and preferred skills listed below will be:

extreme efficiency at managing cross ART dependencies between InfraOps and other teams and
managing teams that build and support Azure Infrastructure solutions within an enterprise.

Required
SM – 5-8 years
SAFE – 8-10 PI's
ADO – 2 + years
Ability to manage 2+ teams concurrently
Excellent communication skills
AI proficiency in supporting personal and team delivery
1-2 years' working Infrastructure teams
Proactively manage dependencies, risks and show proficiency at leading escalations
Pragmatic approach to align Agile process to class (type) of work
Quick learner in building institutional knowledge and technical acumen being embedded with the team.

Preferred
Managing teams that build and support Azure Infrastructure solutions within an enterprise.
Managing teams that support work management systems implementing enhancements and providing operational support.
Release and product releases and compliance management
Technical background
Project Management background
