Other info: Needs good comms, it's a small team and this person will interface with the business/stakeholder to help have a say on their salesforce environment. Not targeting Dev/admins. Targeting more Sr. Devs that have some design / architecture experience.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our non-profit organization. This role will work under the direction of our Senior Director Salesforce to design, develop, and maintain our comprehensive Salesforce ecosystem spanning Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud platforms. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in Salesforce development and a passion for leveraging technology to advance our organizational mission. Looking for someone who has led or been a part of an implementation of Salesforce or Salesforce modules
- This role will be tasked with helping identity gaps in the current use of the tool and make recommendations on enhancements and best practices
- This person also needs to be hands to keyboard and skill with SF integration
- Specifically, Apex Automation
- This role will be business facing so strong communication is required

Responsibilities
- Fullproject lifecycle ownership from design to deployment.
- Work within anew DevOps pipeline usingGearset.
- Manage and runmultiple deployment pipelines.
- Lead Salesforce development initiatives with high autonomy.
Technical Environment & Requirements
Core Salesforce Skills:
- Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Apex, configuration, and platform development
- CSS and UI customization
- Experience with complex Salesforce integrations
- AWS experience is aplus
- Integrations betweenSalesforce Cloud,LMS, andKPI reporting
- Pulling and transforming data between systems
- Gearset deployment pipelines
- Understanding of CI/CD and release management best practices
