Desired Qualifications:
· Strong expertise in federal and state regulations, compliance frameworks, and industry standards applicable to financial services and experience with regulatory bodies such as the NCUA (National Credit Union Administration)
· Prior RCSA/PRCI and Control Writing Experience
· Ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements and provide actionable guidance
· Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership and external stakeholders
· Proficient in compliance management tools and Microsoft Office Suite
· Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
