Sr. Quality Assurance Manager

Job summary : 

• Supplier Quality KPI setup and drive supplier to meet Renesas expectation.
• Audit and evaluate contract manufacture’s production lines and quality system for product readiness and verify compliance VDA6.3 standards from Auto product
• Identify opportunity for quality control enhancement and implement new methods accordingly

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage quality excursions and drive for effective root cause solutions and preventive actions
2. Support Supplier process/material change process and site certification audit activities
3. Perform Supplier Quality assistance in the creation, establishment and installation of best-known practices.
4. Customer obsessed: Partner with cross functional team to ensure quality event or unit return doesn’t impact customer requirement
5. Drive CIP towards better Quality/Cost/Cycle time…etc
6. Host MRB with cross functional team to finalize product disposition

1. Bachelor’s degree holder in electrical, Physics, Chemistry, materials science or related field.
2. 10+ experience in foundry PIE/Module or Quality function team
3. Fluent in English

Bonus points

1. ISO9001 / IATF16949 certification and VDA6.3 training evidence.
2. Familiar BCD or JETFET process.
