About The Job:
- Experience managing technology, infrastructure, operations, cyber, risk, compliance, or transformation projects (10-15 years).
- Strong project management discipline across planning, governance, execution, budget awareness, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience operating within complex enterprise environments with multiple workstreams, vendors, engineering teams, and senior governance forums.
- Ability to manage ambiguity, drive ownership, resolve blockers, and maintain delivery momentum under time-sensitive priorities.
- Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and executive reporting skills.
Essential Job Functions:
- Own project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, actions, and decisions across assigned initiatives.
- Coordinate delivery across engineering, operations, architecture, product, risk, compliance, PMO, and vendor teams.
- Run project working groups, governance reviews, readiness checkpoints, and escalation forums as required.
- Ensure project scope, deliverables, timelines, resources, and acceptance criteria remain clear and actively managed.
- Prepare senior management updates, project status reports, KPI summaries, and exception reporting.
- Drive implementation readiness, stakeholder communications, lessons learned, and project closure activities.
Qualifications:
Experience
- PM with 10 to 15 years of exp. (Senior Needed)
Required Skills
- Project planning, milestone tracking, critical path management, dependency management, and delivery execution.
- Governance forums, RAID logs, change control, implementation of readiness, go/no-go decisions, and closure reporting.
- Experience with Jira, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Confluence, SharePoint, Power BI, or similar delivery tools.
- Budget, resources, vendors, and stakeholder coordination in large-scale enterprise programmes.
- Strong understanding of technology change delivery, production implementation, operational readiness, and control requirements.
- Ability to produce concise executive updates, delivery narratives, risk summaries, and decision papers.
