Job Description
We are seeking an experiencedProject Manager to lead end-to-end project execution for enterprise-level initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management skills and a proven ability to manage complex project lifecycles while ensuring timely delivery and accountability.
Responsibilities
- Manage theend-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation through closure
- Create and maintainproject plans, timelines, roadmaps, and delivery schedules
- Conductstakeholder analysis and manage communication across business and technical teams
- Ensureaccountability across teams and track progress against milestones
- Identify risks, dependencies, and issues; drive mitigation strategies
- Ensure projects are deliveredon time, within scope, and aligned with business goals
- Provide regular status updates and reporting to leadership and stakeholders
- 17–20 years of overall experience, with4+ years of hands-on project management experience leading projects end to end
- Strong understanding ofproject management methodologies and best practices
- Technical background preferred; experience withServiceNow orrolling out new platforms/software is a plus but not mandatory
- Excellentcommunication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively in ahybrid environment
