Position Description:Briefly summarize the primary purpose & key accountabilities of the position.

项目工程师主要负责协调执行礼来苏州工厂的资产类项目，负责与项目相关的活动能按公司和政府部门的要求实施进行。

The Project Engineer is responsible for Lilly Suzhou capital projects management and execution. By his/her efforts the implemented activities must be compliant with Lilly and regulations requirement.

主要职能：按重要性描述实现岗位目标必须完成的主要职责，应涵盖该岗位90%以上的工作内容。

Key Objectives/Deliverables:In order of importance, describe the primary responsibilities, which must be completed to achieve the objects of the position. The description should cover approximately 90% or more of the job content.

负责关键项目批准前的可行性研究，成本和工期预估工作，起草准备供采购用的设备和工程服务文件。

Prepare feasibility studies, cost estimation and scheduling prior to key project approval. Prepare engineering documentation to support the procurement of equipment and services;

按照公司流程和项目管理方式制定项目计划并管理项目的执行，精确控制项目的成本、工期、施工质量并提高用户部门满意度。

Develop project schedule and perform project task implementation according with site process and project management procedure, well control project cost, scheduling, quality, improve user satisfaction.

协助相关部门起草用户需求，调试和确认计划，测试方案等，承担调试和确认的组织工作，确保项目设计、安装、试车和确认符合GMP要求。

Support related areas in the preparation of user requirement specification, commission and qualification plan, testing protocols. as well as organize to perform commissioning and qualification test activities，ensure the design, installation, commissioning and qualification are compliant with GMP requirements;

对项目进行成本控制和对承包商实施管理，对工程付款进行审核,确保项目过程符合采购及财务政策要求。

Manages the project cost control process, the administration of contracts, and check of invoice payments as directed, ensure the project process are compliant with procurement and finance policy.

协调项目相关的设计审核，包括建筑，土木，管道，电气，仪表和暖通空调的文件，图纸。

Coordinate the design review of Engineering documents and drawings related to Architecture, Civil, Piping, Electric, Instrumentation and HVAC.

保证所有的承包商接受了安全生产方面的培训，并且在他们的工作中很好地执行了这些要求，确保承包商管理符合HSE要求。

Ensure that all contractors and service providers receive the initial safety training and fill in the appropriate safety release forms during the execution of tasks under his/her responsibility，and ensure Contractor Management strictly followed with HSE requirement.

负责项目有关的所有文件的整理归档，保证文件的准确完整。

In charge of all project related files collection, arrangement and archives. Ensure these documentation are intactness and accurate. 

跟踪项目后期改进措施、及图纸更新等。

Ensure post punch-list, drawing update, etc. are well tracked.

负责工厂工程图纸管理系统的维护及图纸管理。

Responsible for GECMS system maintenance and drawing management.

负责工厂资产及项目方面的工程标准的评估工作。

Responsible for site local capital and project management related EFS gap assessment.

遵守HSE各项管理流程，履行安全生产职责要求。

Follow various HSE management procedures and fulfill the work safety responsibilities.

基本要求：写明与工作相关，履行此岗位基本职能所必需的资质要求，包括：教育/执业资格/证书，相关经验，技术和/或其他工作相关技能（操作技能，外语，计算机等）。

Basic Requirements:Indicate qualifications that are job related, necessary for the performance of an essential function of this position including education/licenses/certifications, relevant experience, technical and/or other job-related skills (Operational skill, foreign language, computer and etc.).

要求全面了解工作中的GMP和相关的GQSs、工程标准、项目管理，保养手册、HSE要求和当地的SOP’s等

Profound knowledge on GMP and related GQSs, Engineering Standard, Project Management, Maintenance Practice. HSE requirement, local SOP’s, regulations, codes, etc required for his/her assignment.

对特定的工作任务具有项目管理技能

Project management skills on a specific task.

本科(或更高)，自动化、机械、电子或化工类专业

Bachelor (or above)，Automation, Mechanical or chemical engineer education background.

学士学位或具有相当的工程、科技、或制药背景

Bachelor grade or equivalent in engineering, scientific, or pharmaceutical background.

对生产设施或工程/设计和基建有工作经验

Experience in operation and maintenance in manufacturing facilities or in Engineering /design & construction business.

能用流利的中英文进行沟通和阅读文件

Fluent Chinese and English capability for communication and documentation.

良好的领导力和较好的团队精神

Good leadership and strong teamwork spirit.

具备较强的沟通和协作技能

Strong communication and partnering skills.
