Job Title : Sr Product Manager, PIM
Location : San Francisco, CA
Long Term Contract

Job Description :

Partner with business and technology teams to document product data needs, attribute requirements, taxonomy considerations, and process dependencies.
Help assess current product data conditions and identify gaps related to completeness, consistency, and readiness for migration.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data cleanup, standardization, and alignment activities needed for PIM implementation.
Work with Engineering, Data, and Integration partners to help document mappings, business rules, transformation requirements, and validation needs.
Translate business needs into user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
Support the development of workflows and process guidelines that improve clarity, consistency, and handoffs across teams.
Coordinate with stakeholders during testing, issue triage, migration preparation, and rollout activities.
Track key milestones, dependencies, risks, and open questions across the workstream, escalating as needed.
Contribute to status reporting related to migration readiness, issue resolution, and business adoption.

Must Have Skills

4+ years of experience in product management, business systems, business analysis, or a related role supporting cross-functional initiatives.
Experience working on enterprise system implementations or enhancements involving PIM or MDM.
Strong background in retail, eCommerce or merchandising industries.
Familiarity with product data concepts, system workflows, and migration or implementation support activities.
Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams to translate needs into actionable requirements.
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups.
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and comfort working through process, data, and systems-related issues.
Experience working in Agile environments and with tools such as Jira and Confluence.
