Role Overview 

We are looking for an experiencedSenior Power Platform Consultant with strong hands-on expertise across the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. The ideal candidate should have deep experience building enterprise-grade solutions usingCanvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Power Fx, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Automate Desktop (RPA), Copilot Studio, and MCP-based integrations. 

The candidate should be capable of understanding business requirements, designing scalable solutions, implementing them end-to-end, and independently handling technical discussions with clients. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Design and develop enterprise applications usingPower Apps Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps. 

• Build complex workflows and business process automation usingPower Automate Cloud Flows. 

• Design and implementRPA solutions using Power Automate Desktop (PAD) for desktop, web, and legacy application automation. 

• Build and configureCopilot Studio agents, including topics, actions, knowledge sources, authentication, integrations, and agent-to-system interactions. 

• Work withModel Context Protocol (MCP) and related patterns to securely expose enterprise tools, APIs, and business capabilities to AI agents. 

• Design scalableDataverse architecture, including tables, relationships, security models, business rules, business process flows, auditing, and data modeling. 

• Develop integrations between Power Platform and external systems usingREST APIs, Custom Connectors, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, webhooks, and other integration mechanisms. 

• Implement enterprise-gradeALM, including Solutions, managed/unmanaged solutions, environment variables, connection references, pipelines, Azure DevOps/GitHub, and multi-environment deployments. 

• Understand Power Platformsecurity, governance, environment strategy, DLP policies, licensing, monitoring, and performance optimization. 

• Work directly with business stakeholders to convert requirements into functional and technical solution designs. 

• Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide technical guidance to junior developers. 

• Participate in architecture discussions, technical reviews, estimations, PoCs, and client demonstrations. 

Required Technical Skills 

Strong hands-on experience is expected in: 

• Power Apps – Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps 

• Microsoft Dataverse 

• Power Automate – Cloud Flows,Power Automate Desktop (PAD/RPA) 

• Copilot Studio / AI Agents,Model Context Protocol (MCP) 

• Power Fx, Dataverse security and data architecture, Business Rules and Business Process Flows 

• Custom Connectors, REST APIs and integration patterns 

• Solutions and Power Platform ALM, Environment Variables and Connection References, Power Platform governance and DLP 

• JavaScript/TypeScript knowledge for advanced Power Platform customization 

• Azure integration knowledge, particularlyFunctions, Logic Apps, API Management, Key Vault and Entra ID, is an advantage. 

Good to Have 

• Experience withDynamics 365 Customer Service, including Cases, Queues, SLAs, Entitlements, Knowledge Management, routing, and agent experiences. 

• Understanding ofDynamics 365 CE/CRM architecture and customization. 

• Exposure toAI Builder, Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, and Document Intelligence. 

• Experience with enterprise-scale RPA and unattended automation. 

• Experience working directly with international clients and distributed teams. 

Certifications – Preferred 

Relevant Microsoft certifications are highly desirable, particularly certifications covering: 

• Power Platform Solution Architecture 

• Power Platform Functional Consulting 

• Power Platform Development 

• Power Automate / RPA 

• Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service 

• Microsoft Copilot / AI technologies
