Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 9+years of experience as an Infrastructure Architect managing Microsoft 365 tenants
- People Management: with at least 2–3 years of experience in team leadership or people management. Proven experience managing teams of 5–6 architects, including task delegation, performance reviews, and career development planning.
- Deep skillset in Microsoft 365 tenant administration and architecture.
- All-rounder on various Microsoft 365 products, including SharePoint tenant architecture & administration, Microsoft Teams tenant settings including meeting and app policies, and Teams premium features, Microsoft Viva (engage, insights, learning, connections), Copilot tenant administration, Copilot Agents, Copilot Control System, Copilot Analytics, SharePoint Premium, Teams Premium, SharePoint Advanced management plan, Purview (including retention, labels, DSPM, communication compliance), Planner, Forms, Power Platform, etc.
- Expertise in implementing and rolling out mid to large-scale Microsoft 365 infrastructure projects globally / org-wide and expertise in evaluating and implementing new features in Microsoft 365 (evergreen).
- Strong functional expertise in GDPR, Security, Compliance and strong experience is handling these cross-functional stakeholders
- Expert in PowerShell scripting and automation.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
