• Services, teams & business-service configuration
• On-call schedules & escalation policies
• Incident response workflow configuration
• PagerDuty REST APIs / integrations
• Enterprise production implementation experience
• Moogsoft architecture / operations / migration knowledge
• Monitoring & observability concepts
• Alert/event migration experience
• Major Incident Management workflows
• ServiceNow incident integration
• Production migration & cutover
• Event-noise reduction / alert optimization
• Technical documentation & KT
• Terraform / PagerDuty provider
• Python / Bash
• Datadog
• New Relic
• Splunk
• AWS CloudWatch
• Teams / Slack integration
• Broader AIOps experience
• Acts as the technical anchor for PagerDuty implementation
• Understands existing Moogsoft configuration and maps required capabilities to PagerDuty
• Owns PagerDuty platform configuration and implementation standards
• Designs event orchestration, routing, correlation, deduplication and suppression rules
• Configures services, teams, schedules, escalation policies and responder workflows
• Leads technical decisions for PagerDuty implementation
• Supports migration planning, production cutover and stabilization
• Coordinates technically with monitoring, ServiceNow and automation engineers
• Ensures the implementation meets the agreed SOW technical outcomes
• Leads technical documentation and knowledge transfer
