Introduction

This role will be on site at our Juneau location. In person hours will be Monday-Friday 8am CST-4:30 CST. The position is responsible for executing operational strategies related to Parts, Accessories & Apparel, and Licensing Order Management, ensuring the order-to-cash cycle is effectively executed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of related experience
• SAP OTC experience
• Demonstrated success coordinating and supporting multiple projects simultaneously, including planning, prioritizing, and communicating their status
• Strong capability of developing data-driven solution recommendations
• Strong communication skills
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Support and enhance the business processes and systems related to order and inventory management
• Liaise with business resources in all channels to understand business strategy and requirements
• Support internal and external stakeholders through analysis and resolution of operational issues
• Execute the overall Order-to-Cash cycle for Parts, Accessories, & Merchandise
• Proactively work with GIS to develop solutions and implement enhancements
• Report and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) consistently across the company
