Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- 4+ years of relevant manufacturing engineering experience, OR advanced degree + 2+ years.
- Experience leading manufacturing/process improvement projects.
- Medical-device manufacturing experience strongly preferred/required based on the top skills.
- Strong knowledge ofprocess development, equipment selection, validation, manufacturing optimization, and continuous improvement.
- Experience withLean/Six Sigma, SPC, process improvement, and production optimization.
- Must be comfortable workingonsite 5 days/week in Irvine, CA.
