Join our team in Zeeland, MI, as a Full-Time Sr Manager of Innovation and Data.
Lead technology and data initiatives, focusing on innovation, governance, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the corporate innovation and enterprise data program, prioritizing technology investments.
Collaborate with various departments to identify opportunities for automation and technology enhancements.
Develop and manage a roadmap for innovation, data, and AI, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Establish data governance standards, including data quality, privacy, and access policies.
Oversee the enterprise data platform strategy and lead analytics initiatives for actionable insights.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field; Master's preferred.
7 years of experience in technology product management or data leadership roles.
Proven track record in data governance and analytics strategy development.
Experience in deploying emerging technologies like AI and automation.
Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills.
