This is an individual-contributor role that partners closely with sales, R&D, medical affairs, market access, regulatory, quality, and clinical to ensure the field and our customers have what they need to adopt Juveena confidently and compliantly. The ideal candidate is a hands-on operator who thrives in a fast-paced start-up environment, is comfortable wearing multiple hats, and brings experience in or strong familiarity with the minimally invasive gynecology (MIGS) community or an adjacent procedural medical-device market.
Job Responsibilities:
Launch execution & downstream marketing
- Own and execute the downstream commercial launch plan for Juveena, including tactical campaigns and pull-through programs that drive awareness, trial, adoption, and repeat utilization across target accounts.

- Support the business case for new product concepts — market sizing, competitive assessment, and pricing and reimbursement input — in partnership with R&D, medical affairs, clinical, regulatory and quality.
Qualifications:
- Seven or more years of progressive commercial experience in the medical-device industry, including downstream product marketing, product management, or commercialization; exceptional candidates with fewer years and directly relevant launch experience will also be considered.
